Hi Priyanka,

Thanks for sharing the video. Could you please tell how we can initiate a question from the bot and whatever follows from the user is regarding as the response to the question since the response is a subjective and anything can be considered as a response around the central them items. For eg if we want to take feedback for delivery service and we prompt the user for a feedback but we are doing this in assistant and not the web version. Then how can we accept the input as the response because there can't be a trained set of utterances that can trigger a response
