I've been Keto for over a year and love it! I've lost 56 pounds and have so much energy now. Intermittent fasting is also a healthy part of the life style. Much like I was doing before Keto when I would just not have breakfast one morning or lunch on a day I was busy. Difference is now on Keto I don't get sick when I don't eat. Sure I can tell food is wanted by my mind telling me its time to eat but when the food isn't there my body switches to the fat reserves and trigger weight loss.
A cyclical diet of Keto is where I've moved now that I'm at my target healthy weight. It's where I sometimes have pasta, potatoes or sugars but its very limited like once or twice a month. Even when I do eat like that my body let's me know it would much rather be Keto by feeling body aches the next morning and even a feeling of hangover when I haven't had a single drink. Staying Keto is my new norm and I'm not looking back from feeling great!

Keto works and I feel great doing it, the only thing is I do love and miss carbs. I think a low carb or carb cycling is best for me

Carbs are non essential to the human body. Your body will turn extra protein into glucose if you need it. This video started out pretty good with good info about keto then seems like you are actually really uninformed about nutrition info in foods. Red meat specifically has every vitamin/mineral you need. If your eating greens and veg, your still getting fiber and if your following a 70/25/5 you should have no problem going to the bathroom as fats help keep you regular. Also, “keto flu” is actually your body detoxing so it’s not from keto and is usually only temporary. Keto has done amazing things for people with diabetes and even auto immune problems.

This was not a well constructed argument comparison of these two lifestyles.
There are DECADES worth of clinical studies surround KETO & 1 fad book with a single, no control group, non peer reviewed study oh plus Adel’s anecdotal results for SIRT.
I’m not saying SIRT isn’t good… but the clinical evidence isn’t there either way.
There’s mountains of peer reviewed studies on low carb lifestyle eating.
