Gonna be purchasing 2 of your products. One for alkalinity and the other for calcium. Would be nice if you lowered the price a bit since $50 is quite alot of money, especially when your buying two. Total cost is $106.00 :/

In your video at 1:33 when you show the tip attached to syringe, the video does not show how much of the reagent was pulled into the tip for a precise 1 ml measure . There is no marker on the tip as well . The question is how much of the tip needs to be filled for 1 ml

My alkalinity reads 6.5.
Is that good or bad?

What is the range on this and is it suitable for all waters. Would it work on a water with some suspended solids/turbidity?

Are you filling with sample until the lower end of the surface tension (the bottom of the 'U') sits along the 10ml line?
