For me, whether in a CNC or in conventional machines, I believe that everything that is done well the first has the heart of the operator, the programmer, the drawing technician, everything is a team effort but the most beautiful thing is to see the synchronized way that these machines work. Zajímalo by mně, proč nepoužíváte plátkové, nebo korunkové vrtáky ? Pořád vrtáte obyčejnými vrtáky a riskujete, že tam zůstane, protože špony nelezou ven. Chápu, že v obrobcích je mnoho různých děr, takže obsáhnout všechny by bylo drahé, ale firma co dělá takové výrobky, si myslím na to má. Nebo zda je to kvůli konstrukci stroje, že by voda lítala všude, protože není uzavřený ? Moc pěkná práce.

I used to work on AMP connector molds, man talk about high precision stuff some of those laminate molds you would get a stack of twenty laminated with an accumulated tolerance of .0002 tenths, these connectors go on PC main boards and stuff

Interesting, at 10:53 you used single insert High Feed cutter. What’s is tool life for this tool. Would be cutter like Kyocera MFH be a better choice in this situation?
