This presentation provides updated advice on the practical application of the Cross-Border Corporate Mobility Directive as regards the provisions facilitating the transfer of seat and on cross-border division.

This lecture is based on the draft Directive amending Directive 2017/1132 published on 25 April 2018. Following agreement with the European Parliament, the Council adopted a Directive on 18 November 2019 amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132 as regards cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions.
