Cross-border workers colloquium

As part of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the FPS Finance presided the 'Cross-border workers teleworking TaskForce' the past few months. In the margins of that TaskForce, the FPS Finance in collaboration with the Policy Unit of the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance, invites you to the 'cross-border workers colloquium' during which the main topics of the taskforce will be discussed:
The question of whether and in what circumstances teleworking can generate a permanent establishment (Art. 5)
The evidence a cross-border worker needs to present
The taxation of remuneration in case of teleworking by cross-border workers (Art. 15)
