At Def Con — an annual hacking conference held in Las Vegas — hackers were given the rare chance to crack into US voting machines. It took one person just 90 minutes to hack in and vote remotely on one of the machines.

Why the FUCK would an election machine have any fucking communication interface, wired or wireless. Your just asking for it at that point! I'm thinking some kind of card that you take out of the machine then later physically move to another thay displays the vote count.

wait how could they get access to the machines in the first place how is this any different to a ballot box if u had access to a ballot box just like the machine it is easily tamperable
