How to add .tar file or sample database file to postgres sql / Subscribe

HI, when i click restore it give message "'C:\Program file not found. Please correct the Binary Path in the Preferences dialog". im trying to import dvdrental.tar file, i also select path in preferences binary still dosent work.

Sir when I'm going select dvsrenta.tar it is not show in the folder, its shows empty folder
