Here is the command from the video which you can edit for your file location.

in case your file has (.tar) extension only just remove (.gz) from the command.

Thank you! 7 zip hates tar files, quick question, if i wish to export excel-friendly data from the tar, is there a specific folder in the tar that will be excel friendly (once extracted), or is it a case of, try and see? (im downloading historical trading data, and wish to use it to make data graphs/models in excel)
