I first watched Trigun dubbed when it used to air on adult swim and I loved Vash's English dubbed voice so much. I'm glad he was able to reprise his role as Vash. I'm watching the anime subbed now but it's good to see and know and also hear Vash's English voice again.

Im glad they kept Vash somewhat the same. He isn’t a pacifist as in he refuses to fight. He understands that sometimes he needs to do violent things to save people. But he absolutely refuses to kill. Even if it means the death of him. He refuses to cause the death of another and even if it isnt his fault or someone got killed because of him being there he will be devastated.

Too many people looking for a carbon copy of the OG anime. This isn't it. Its' a different tone, the characters have altered roles and backstories, or have been removed entirely. The pace is sped up, as there's no more filler and the order in which the story is presented has been shuffled around. 

I suppose if it helps, before you go in just understand that the OG anime contrasted from the original source material in the same regard. Sure, this is significantly further removed from even that, but its not as if it's unrecognizable.

Coming from a long time Trigun fan, try to enjoy it.
