I have had anxiety but I don't isolate myself. I read scripture, watch christian tv, and quote the word over myself. That helps!

This series of videos on Anxiety just helped me so so much I cannot thank you enough. I feel so much better about myself and I have confidence that I can get through my struggles and live a good life. I’m starting with counseling soon which I think will help a lot as well. Anticipation of something dangereous, I think that is the key. Not much if we live a dangereous event as being constantly anticipating danger wear us down with anxiety
