This just doesn't work - pure and simple. I've tried several times using a picture of my VIN as well as keying it in. There isn't a "Lexus App" in the Android Play store and it bounces me to Enform, in which I also can't get to enroll. After several tries - and it doesn't remember previous entries - I gave up but watched this YouTube video. Still not joy. Also - no support number as best I can tell.

Where do you get the lexus app overview. I looked in the app store and just saw the lexus app no overview app.

I tried this app with my 2018 GS 350 but it won't work. When I click "SAVE CHANGES" as you did at 1:14, it keeps telling me "the server is not able to process this request. Please try again later".

The Lexus app is great when it's able to sustain the connection to my vehicle 🥴
However, there should be no big worries because the re-download, installation, and setup are quite simple once you get the hang of it.
