Welcome, Microsoft/Xbox provided a copy of ‘Microsoft Flight Simulator’ to me for review. This is the release version, 1.7.12.0. on launch on August 18th, 2020. Pc specs are I9 9900K 64 GB RAM RTX 2080. Settings High at 4K, recorded at 4K 60 fps by Nvidia Shadowplay.
In this video I show you Fiorenze city, in Italy, admiring its Duomo and making a landing near Ponte Vecchio.

I have pretty much the same settings as your computer. I have the game installed on M.2 and an RTX 2070. Do you believe that what could be wrong with me as I can't play at 4K60fps. It is always between 35 and 43fps. And for using 100% of the GPU as a processor, it's 30%, when I'm going to record some gameplay it gets even more lag.

Porque no pasaste por debajo del puente vecchio? Si no se puede hubiera estado bueno que lo demuestres asi no necesitabamos preguntar... Pero el hecho de estar tan cerca y no hacerlo me pareció casi un insulto :S
No creo que haya nadie que haya visto el video que no hubiera deseado lo mismo.
