You didn't mention dense dynamites for raid damage boosting. Dense dynamites and field repair bots sell good the day before server raid days. And also flame deflector isn't buyable from vendors, it's a bind on use schematic with a ridiculous 0, 55% drop chance from the last boss of Gnomeregan dungeon! And last for the lazy engineers you can create target dummies deploy them and after that are being destroyed you loot them and have chance on getting Fused wiring, it sells good also

leveling as engineer with bombs is fun but huge gold sink. Selling the unstable triggers and mirthril casings actually made it really profitable thanks for the tips.

I have found EX Dynamite is a steady source of gold for me.

I’m not going to level with engi but my guild requires it at 60; I anticipated it would be a pure gold sink. But it’s a good point that most engi ppl will be in it for combat advantage and so you can make gold off them.

Flame deflector can’t be bought from a vendor. It’s actually a rare drop off Thermaplugg. And the non repeatable quests you mentioned are repeatable...

How can I make gold OFF engineers? For instance are there certain materials I can farm that they need? Like from gnomergon? Thanks!

the downside here is that all of these suggestions require other players to buy the items from you. it's not that helpful early on while everyone is leveling and hoarding gold. down the road, after players farmed gold for their mounts, these tips will be more useful.
