UNHEALTHY SNACKS YOU CAN AND CAN'T EAT WITH BRACES

Here are some unhealthy snacks to avoid with braces: crunchy breadsticks, jolly ranchers and cheetos! I would stick to soft easy to eat foods like cheese puffs, cheese-its, lays potato chips, hot pretzels, marshmallows, mallomars, chocolate!

Just as long as you be careful with how you eat it, you can just about eat anything

I didn't restrict what I ate when I had braces bc I really didn't care. I only broke a bracket once, and that was when I put a fork in my mouth and it got caught under the wire and pulled it off (the bracket was still on the wire). It stayed hanging off for 5 or 6 days following that, as I already had the appointment for that day anyways lol

For those wondering, yes you can still eat most of these foods, just make sure you dont bite super hard and you also clean your teeth after eating. I have braces and this is what i do all the time to avoid my brackets from falling out ^^
