OK, so I don't support what NSO is doing, but let's look at this realistically. If a bank had six different doors into it, but they neglected to install a lock on one of them, and then some group out there published "The second door on maple st for bank XYZ does not have a lock", it really makes no sense for the bank to sue that group saying "YOU are putting OUR customers at risk of having their money stolen by pointing out that one of OUR doors does not have a lock on it and could be used to get into the bank"

The zero day exploits came from disgruntled Apple employees to begin with. Apple better remember who actually builds this sh;t and treat them accordingly.
