I've searched the whole internet but No ONE TOLD ME EVENT SYSTEM IS A MUST FOR BUTTON WORKING!!!!, I HAVE DELETED THE EVENSYSTEM FROM UNITY AND WAS GOING MAD FOR WHOLE TWO F**KING DAYS NOW THAT WHY MY BUTTON IS NOT WORKING....and 10 sec into this 1 min video, IT SOLVED MY ISSUE!!! If you guys are still having this problem make sure that your button is interactable and in your camera script that Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked statement is removed

Guys, what was happening to me was that it wasn't detecting the buttons because I had an active panel over another one, but without it being visible. I think when it doesn't know which panel is first, this happens like in layers, so if it helps you, check all the panels you have in the scene if it's not causing interference.
