That "you remind me of someone" scene brought a tear to me eye, seeing the pain in obi as he talks about his old friend to her child, man I have no doubt whatever questionable things they do in the series that Ewan is gonna carry this thing all the way to the end

Obi Wan rescueing her explains why when Luke tells her 10 years later that the had come to rescue her with Kenobi, she literally jumped to search for him pretty exited.

I have a feeling Reva will die in this series. Knowing Vader’s identity alone would get you killed by him, hell boba got chocked for reporting he learned Luke’s last name was Skywalker, luckily Vader didn’t kill him. In the canon comics, anyone who learned his name or even saw his face was killed by Vader himself. So I would like for Reva to be no exception to this rule, especially if Reva goes after Luke.

Grand inquisitor isn’t the only one with a double blade. Reva also has one you can see in the images where she is standing with Vader. Also GI does have yellow sith eyes but not as vibrant as the animated version of the character.

I loved the first two episodes. I believe Leia is subtly unconsciously using the force to read people which helps her as a future leader.

I’m loving the series so far. It’s really cool that we are getting more scenes with Bail as well as Owen. Plus seeing the daily life on Alderaan makes A New Hope hit different. We’ll see some scenes with Mon Mothma and Bail in Andor.

I just finished watching the episodes too. Very interesting. I had figured that Reva was one of those younglings in the Jedi temple being chased. Obi-Wan was pretty pitiful out there in his cave in the desert. It was great that Jimmy Smits could come back to be Bail Organa. It would be awesome if we see Qui-Gon/Liam Neeson. Thanks Charlie!

You know, I really dislike that Reva just knows who Vader is. Vader's identity is a very closely guarded in the Empire; only the Emperor truly knows, while people like Tarkin and Thrawn have very strong suspicions. Vader would not let someone who knows his identity live unless he could not get away with killing them, i.e. Tarkin, Thrawn, Palpatine.

I think when Obi wan tells Leia about how she reminds him of someone, he is not talking about Padme. He is talking about Satine, and her stubbormess and how she was also a leader for her people. A nice reference to clone wars ;)

10:12 in Star Wars, master is a title, and also a rank that goes Padawan, Jedi Knight, and finally Jedi Master. Jedi Knights and Masters are both called masters as a form of respect from their padawans. In AotC we see Anakin referring to Obiwan as master, even though Obiwans title was Jedi Knight. We see it in the Clone Wars when Ahsoka refers to Anakin as master even though his rank was Jedi knight. In order to become a master you have to train a padawan up to knighthood. This is why Rey calls Leia master cause she still taught her some ways of the force and we also see it in Rebels when Ezra refers to Kanan as master.

So glad someone finally mentioned the thing about R2 still having all of his clone war's memories!
I can't help smiling during A New Hope now, just knowing that Obi-Wan is only pretending not to know R2-D2. On R2's part though, he legitimately might not recognise Obi-Wan due to him being older. It does set up such an awesome timeline though, and shows just how amazing both character are. :D

First off, loved the episode. It was amazing. Just seeing Obi-Wan so lost was tough. Going from one of the greatest Jedi in Star Wars canon to a babysitter in the shadows is hard to digest. I thought the ending to the second episode was EPIC. Almost as good as the ending to the second Thrawn: Ascendancy novel.
