I took a test and it said I was very likely to have adhd. I'm a teen and that's when I really realized my symptoms.

TDLR I have thoughts that I can’t control no matter how hard I try

(Me, 13) Have spiraling thoughts and I can’t control them, for example let’s say I am thinking of being on a balance beam and I try my hardest to think of making to the other side but I can’t stop falling off and as much as I think to make it across I can’t but I also can’t stop thinking about it until someone talks or distracts me
Or another example is like driving a kart but I can’t keep it going in to a straight line and I keep crashing for swerving away and as much as I try to think of it going straight it won’t and I also can’t stop thinking abt it till I get distracted
