I got involved with RV's in the very beginning 1969. At that time a motor home would cost about $1, 000.00 a foot. The average size at that time was 25' long. How these motor homes have changed it is really amazing. I was one of the first companies that rented motor homes in Covina, CA.

in my opinion, the last and most expensive one is an eyesore on the outside and i'm not crazy about most of the inside either. However I do love some of the things this coach has to offer, like the bar on the roof.

Number 5 & 6 is done with nothing but exclusive style and days. I love the external design that Prevost has. As everything about that buses external look demands respect. If they had a design team that was able to design on the same level that it's external look brings, that's something to literally fall in love with. Maybe they should team up with the Germans.

These are beautiful, especially my favorite Mercedes-benz. But after following the industry and studying the pros and cons, a fifth wheel is the route for me to go. If something goes wrong mechanically (it does regularly) you're stuck.
With the fifth wheel I can get an even larger living space and less liability. I can drop it anywhere and the maintenance will be minimal.

With all respect, but how can most of these huge RVs serve the purpose of travelling to nature and remote places? I have been to the Swiss Alps this year and it would be impossible to get anywhere near there with such large RVs. You would have to park in Zurich and take the train or a rental car to get to the Alps. It may be great for US roads but it would never work in Europe, at least not in Switzerland, Italy, Greece, etc. Still great machines nevertheless!

Just a small correction. You stated that most RVs lack a bathing area. When the facts are most if not all RVs produced today come with a full restroom, including a shower for bathing. Some are just a bit smaller than others. I'm speaking of real RVs as shown in this video, not about the small passenger van conversions.
