I have been a Synology user for 6-7 years and I'm reasonably IT technical but do look for guidance (how to) videos. I am subscribed to a couple of other Synology (NAS) youtube channels and just found yours. I agree your videos are very helpful! Please keep creating them! How about a video on the Plex media server on DSM7? For example, if I understand it, the Plex Server (metadata) file is no longer visible on File Station? Do you know an "easy" way to find and backup the Plex Server file?? Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the video i was wondering does the upgrade erase apps setting like docker as example, i have some container running and two VM, does this reset the apps ?
or is there any settings in the control panel erase ?
