2022 Audi RS 3 Review | A five-cylinder ROCKET!

The 2022 Audi RS3 promises plenty of performance, but is it worth top dollar over a standard S3?

We love small cars with big performance, and that describes the Audi RS3. With a 2.5-liter inline 5-cylinder engine, the little Audi makes an impressive 401 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Add in some impressive tech and Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) system, and this is a serious performance car. But, the question remains, is it worth its $59,995 starting MSRP?

RS3 because of exclusivity alone, not to mention resale and that wonderfully funky inline 5 cylinder. Of course I’m biased as I just got mine this past week and absolutely love it.

After two black RS Audis, this time I had to have color and got the RS-only Kyalami Green, love it!

Great review, RS3 over everything including the upcoming M2 even though we lack details at this point. I'm just not a BMW fan and RS3, with it's unique engine, utility, and track capability has me sold.

As much as I hate how automakers choose grayscale colors for a lot of cars, I do think that black and grey look much better with that grill.

There’s no point for an rs version if the engine is basically the same. Just get an s3 and upgrade it. Rs3 is just an upgraded s3. Not that much of a difference
