Mat’s finally got his hands on the all-new Audi RS3!

He’ll be testing out both the Sportback & Saloon versions throughout this video to find out if this maxed-out A3 has what it takes to compete with its predecessor, along with competitors such as the A45!

For starters, it’s clearly not shy of performance when you check out what’s under the bonnet! That’s right, the 2.5-litre 5 cylinder is back, pumping out the same 400hp as before along with slightly more torque, at 500Nn. Audi claim it’ll hit 60mph in 3.8 seconds, but will it?! You’ll have to keep watching to find out...

When it comes to the design, there’ll be no mistaking the RS3 for either an A or S3, with the aggressive grille upfront through to the huge oval tailpipes at the back really helping it to stand out. What’s more, once you take a look inside, you’ll find a whole load of red stitching & accents throughout the cabin.

When you guys were on the wet track, I went an hour in the other direction in Greece away from the rain, to find some dry tarmac, and clocked the 3.1sec time (in my video) in a perfect launch and dry and clean distant road. Car did 3.1-3.3 seconds every time, so I guess your wet time makes sense. Cheers

Not even a massive Audi fan but there's no denying at all, this is the best HotHatch in the game right now. Not sure what can keep up with it, rain or sun, absolut pocket rocket!

I'm your local alloy wheel repair guy. Yes, those wheels are almost impossible to fix. A cnc won't be able to touch it so it'll be all hand work. All manufacturers are making their wheels harder to fix so people have to buy new ones if they want them 100% again.

Rs3 is one of my fav cars. My dad modified a 2016 rs3 and took me for a ride, thats was an awesome experience for me... that car was stock but with a Miltek full system exhaust and the car put out 360 hp and 680 nm of torque, its was fast as heck
