All of this measures would not work, new nurses will leave the profession after 1 may be 2 years. CEO and other people in charge should not make millions on the back of nurses, doctors and other staff.

Umm your not making a difference because 2 hrs on your shift you will want to go home. I’m a nurse of 21 years I know how it works. Milk every company you work for. Do the least work and get your money
