The fact that Damien was producing the series, on-camera running the game, playing the game, and acting, is so impressive. SO impressive. He managed to make it look effortless and fun and made an AMAZING series. I don't know if he's gonna see this, but seriously, hats off to Damien. He deserves a huge round of applause

Chanse would be such a good interviewer/presentator. As in, Damien obviously had the lead in this episode, but Chanse brought up some great questions for everyone to answer several times, leading to fun conversations!

I probably wouldn't have watched all the Legacy Betrayal episodes if it weren't for how fun everyone's characters were.
I would really like to see a DnD campaign with this same vibe, it would be awesome

I played Betrayal Legacy with 3 friends that I'd met through work/significant others. We managed to find a copy of the game where the original owner had finished the first 2 sessions but their group fell apart and couldn't finish the game. This only made us more determined to finish it. We tried to meet every 3 weeks for the better part of 8 months. We did play different characters in the same family tree, but not nearly as detailed - and it was difficult to keep up any weird voice for 3 hours for us non-actors. Although 2 of us enjoyed it much more than the others, we did end up finishing the game. We all met at my place which I was sharing with other roommates, so my 3 Legacy friends became staples in my house to the point where my other roommates would ask how the game was going over snack breaks and everyone became friends. Although our game had a bittersweet ending (the least serious person who didn't ever learn the rules ended up destroying us all as the traitor multiple times in a row), the huge amount of time we spent on this game brought us all closer together. We helped each other through tough times like relationship issues, sick family members, and also celebrated birthdays and accomplishments - one of us finished their PHD and convinced someone else to go to school for their dream job. This game helped us build much-needed connections over Covid and 2 of us even started dating - 2 years and going strong. I will forever be grateful for the game and the effort each person put into committing to meet every few weeks.

Not to be dramatic but I came across Smosh and the Betrayal Legacy saga like literally a week ago and was instantly hooked and just cried a little at work because of this announcement. So thrilled to count myself a big fan now!!!

Betrayal on Board AF is really special. I think what made people fall in love with it was the talent and commitment of each person being able to bring their characters to life. The game itself was really cool, but the cast REALLY was the icing on top. I cried when it ended, like I do with a good book. I didn't want to see the characters leave..

I actually love the idea that the chosen is actually is a hero in every other universe, and just normal guy in this universe. It just kinda fits the character well, he has a inate calling to be prepared for anything, but it never comes.
