I was doing this only today! Fitting DI2 GRX to a Shand bike - Shimano front derailleurs come in one size (braze in) but can be fitted to the down tube by two either of two different diameter bands. Large or Medium/Small. So taking this measurement as shown in the video will make the difference between buying the right part overnight from Wiggle ready to ride on Monday or having the bike on the stand for another day or two while I exchange the wrong part 🙄😷 A Top video as usual - crystal clear advice and full of practical tips and advice too - just what the ‘have a go’ home cycling mechanic is looking 👀 for - keep up the great work 👍🤗
