TikToker Arrested Again for Stealing From Same Target: Cops

A TikTok creator is arrested again for allegedly shoplifting from Target. Police in Cape Coral, Florida say Marlena Velez store just under $300 worth of merchandise. They shared surveillance video that they say shows her in the act of scanning a cheaper barcode for more expensive items. She pleaded not guilty to the charge and a previous theft charge.
