John Green - Rare Interview on Sasquatch COMPLETE Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Yeti

John Green (February 12, 1927 – May 28, 2016) was a Canadian journalist and a leading researcher of the Bigfoot phenomenon. He was a graduate of both the University of British Columbia and Columbia University and compiled a database of more than 3,000 sighting and track reports.

In 1954 he settled in Agassiz, BC. It was then he purchased the local newspaper becoming the owner and editor of the Agassiz-Harrison Advance.

In 1963 he was elected Mayor of the Village of Harrison Hot Springs.

In 1972 Green sold the local paper to pursue his Sasquatch research and interest in writing publications.

Green first began investigating Sasquatch sightings and track finds in 1957 after meeting René Dahinden and the two researchers collaborated in interviewing witnesses and sharing information of alleged sightings.

Green authored several Sasquatch books, including Sasquatch: The Apes Among Us (1978), regarded by the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization as the "best written book on the subject". It has been re-issued in more recent times (2006), along with On the Track of the Sasquatch (1968) and Encounters with Bigfoot (1980) as combined reprints with an update under the new title of The Best of Sasquatch Bigfoot (2004).

Green was featured in Sasquatch Odyssey, together with Rene Dahinden, Peter Byrne and Grover Krantz, a documentary profiling the four leading Sasquatch researchers. Join Squatch Mafia at Patreon to watch the entire documentary.

The gorilla….its an intelligent animal but it lives the life of a cow. 🤣🤣
Well, he wasn’t lying about that and that was pretty quick. That one probably would qualify as humor from John. The little shrug at the end of saying it….made me chuckle. He was an interesting guy.

For the few people like John green who have witnessed these creatures, I’d imagine it must become a constant obsession and a life sentence to see one again and prove they exist.

I can forgive Green for not believing that Bigfoot is a close relative of humans, considering he was one of first to be doing the initial research. Not a lot was known before him and a few others. However, today we know a lot more, and we have a lot more evidence. All of the best videos show a more human face instead of a gorilla face. Even Patty's breasts are more human than gorilla. 100s of stories from hunters who say they could not shoot one, because they look too human. There is a lot of evidence pointing to them being some type of hominid. At the same time, there are things like the full covering of hair, and the midtarsal break that are found in other primates, but not in humans. Humans and gorillas share around 98% of the same DNA. Almost 99% with chimps and bonobos. I think the real question is, "At what point on the DNA scale, would it stop being an ape, and start being a human"?
