You can get a remarkable result with a small amount of volume. Set the volume as low as it does not bother your ears. You need to volume up a little when you use it outside, though.

It will sound all different depending on the type of equipment(cellphone, notebook, speakers...) because each has different frequency range. So, you might not get a good result. In this case, you can try with another one. It should work.
