Job analysis is a process of studying and collecting the inforation relating to the operation relating to the operations and responsibilities of a specific job.
- Job identification- Title,code number.
- Charecteristics of Job.
- Materials and Equipments required.
- Personal attributes required - Education,Training.
- It is useful in HRP, recruiment , Selection , Training and development , Organization audit, Job Evaluation, job design, Performance Appraisal.
