I want to cancel all programming and adjust the temperature as needed manually. I'm watching your video and you say to press the Hold button....I don't see a hold button? When I press menu it says "PROG" I want to turn it OFF but it when I press Select to see OFF or ON it says TIME...how do I get to OFF so I can select it?? UPDATE....bought a new Honeywell manuel thermostat, installed in 15 minutes and No Headaches!!

When I hit “hold” it doesn’t do anything. I literally just want it to hold at one temp, but we accidentally hit schedule once, and now we wake up every morning with the heat on and the house is 65 degrees…

This was bad but I was able to figure it out. Press the “hold” button the thermostat. Hopefully you have one. Pressing this tells the unit to hold the temperature at the setting you pick
