What's it called when I want my nostrils made thinner and my nose narrower on the base? Also, how about the nostrils and the tip made smaller--what is that called? How much is that compared to a regular rhinoplasty?

This doc has deviated septum and collapsed tip & he goes around fixing others. I wonder he never had the urge to go under the knife. I guess he is comfortable under his skin.
