Just use a French press or pour over. Tastes 10x better and is 100% only in contact with glass, cloth, or stainless steel. No plastic.

Paul there are rubber tubes an plastic in the coffee machine that transport the water trough the machine you better set coffee just true an organic coffee filter and trough a metal filter thats even less exposure

I use moka pots! They are wildly underrated: zero waste, all metal construction / plastic-free, very portable / easy to store and wash… I keep them in a couple different sizes depending on how much coffee I want, but they make the most delicious, potent brews!!

I rarely drink coffee, but when I do I make "Cowboy coffee" On the stove top boil water in a stainless steel pot, add coffee grounds to hot water, wait until water turns to desired darkness and pour thru a stainless steel strainer into a cup. The strainer will catch any coffee grounds. Perfect coffee. No plastic.

Thanks! I drink two Keurig coffees every morning. I just ordered the ground version I like and will switch to the refillable stainless steel option. I should have done this a while ago.... better late than never. Thanks so much. I have learned so much from you and am so grateful for your content.

I’ve been thinking the same thing for months now (about the plastic)! It’s awesome to see Dr Saladino branch out from diet to other forms of health as well. Thank you so much for keeping up awareness doc! 🙏🏻

Oh Paul!! You always rain on my parade!! 😂 In a good way. 😅 I love my Keurig! My husband does poor over which is stainless steel into a glass carafe. I'll have to start using that too!

Also if you're going to these lengths to make good coffee only use organic beans. I worked for a year on a coffee farm involved in all aspects of production and, common to all non organic farms, they spray a shit tonne of glyphosate around the trees. It was so bad that I was going to quit rather than poison but got transferred to the nursery and mill operations instead.

I shared this with my mom. She uses during.
Myself, I have been French pressing for well over a decade. I like Cuban style and use a percolator as well.
Thanks Paul, cheers all 🎉

How nobody talks about a book The Secret Health Reset, can’t believe how underrated it is. This book has some serious knowledge they don’t tell you about health, changed my life.

I use the 100% stainless steel Stanley french press. I LOVE it. It makes amazing coffee.

Yes. I just bought a stainless steel (including parts!!) French press. Takes longer to brew, but WOW!!! Smooth. PLUS, I use organic, single source coffee--I also use Swiss water processed decaf when i want a cup in the evening. Definitely recommend all 3 of these things for coffee enjoyment and peace of mind!!

I agree both in health and according to taste. Also tastes better in glass or ceramic vs “paper cups”.

I think a French press is the much better route. Obviously it’s more time consuming, but it’s worth it in the long term. You can even go as far as to make cowboy coffee in a pot.
