I have a Stanley charger similar to this. It charges my John Deere mower great, but it's not charging my new car battery which ran down over winter. Any ideas why it's not working? Can a battery be so out of juice it won't recharge?

Don't know why alligator clips have a protective cover but the one that hangs from my motorcycle doesn't & it definitely should so I switched the cover.I guess not all Chinese are smart.

I have this on my Harley it stayed green light on for awhile now there are no lights what’s that mean ? The yellow light blinks when I plugged it in once and that’s it ?

How did you hook the battery maintainer? Through alligator clamps or DC plug into the cigarette lighter ? I saw your device is in your car in the legroom area of the driver seat side.
