SM1 Tobey is enough; scaling:

Bloodlusted Raimi SM1 Peter outperforms bloodlusted MCU NWH Peter to the point where Green Goblin has to rely on a backstab and was stated in the novel to basically be on the edge of death while NWH MCU Spidey was still fighting on relative terms with Green Goblin but still won with decent ease. And even base form outperforms very much where NWH MCU spidey can't even hurt Green Goblin compared to Raimi SM1 whooping him with ease. I honestly don't think either is holding back cuz there aren't many statements, unlike the comics.
Why am I scaling him to MCU Spidey? He has insane scaling in Infinity War.

In speed, Raimi SM1 insanely outpaced Green Goblin who perception blitzed Dr. Strange who has the eye of agamoto. The eye of agamoto has never been pressed in speed where Dr. Strange reacts to Thanos' and Wanda's attacks with ease. Then Green Goblin perception blitzed it, so in speed: Raimi SM1 >>> Green Goblin Eye of Agamoto perception >>> Thanos, Scarlet Witch, Thor, etc.

Though once Venom and Carnage scale to MCU this might be a different story. But by feats and scaling Tobey one shots and speed blitzes. Anyways, the Green Goblin perception blitzing the eye of agamoto feat makes the spider trio the fastest in c/r in the MCU.

I honestly have to disagree as much as I love Tobey.
Carnage is much stronger than Venom and Black Spiderman is Spiderman with the Symbiotes Venom.
Carnage is much more deadly, faster, stronger, and his weapons did a lot of damage to Venom that Venom almost even died.

So Carnage would win low-mid Diff
