In the next decade, all existing organizations will have to go through the digital transformation of business. The turbulent VUKA environment, the destructive impact of technology, the growing flows of information and data dominate employees and significantly affect their sense of happiness. The need for constant changes in fear of being replaced seriously violates their balance between work and personal life, leading to rapid burnout and downshifting.
