Is the Blue Lagoon WORTH IT in Iceland?? Pros and cons!! #shorts

It's really a beautiful place. I went 3 times to Iceland and went there every times. Of course it's commercial and touristic attraction. If you are searching more local, I would recommend also Jarðböðin við Mývatn

I recommend you go to the Blue Lagoon in Malta, truly beautiful.

I just came back a week ago from Iceland. We went to Blue Lagoon and Sky Lagoon. Loved Sky Lagoon more, Blue Lagoon still was fun though.

We were in North Iceland three weeks ago and went to a hot springs with a group of friends. It's definitely nice to be outside in hot water with a drink in hand while it's cold outside. It was similarly pricey, but if you've paid to get to Iceland, why are you skimping on a fairly unique local experience?

Hell ya it is! One of the best days! Lake myvatn baths are just as good and not as many visitors as the blue lagoon because of the location. We were able to see an amazing sunset over looking the valley of volcanoes and an amazing northern light show that night at myvatn.

Tip: when they say put conditioner on your hair (don’t wash it off btw) PUT LOADS TO SAVE YOUR HAIR

Our daughter is going to Iceland for agricultural study and work on a farm
If we are able to visit we definitely go to one of the lagoons. Sky lagoon seems to be way much better than blue lagoon in facilities and prizes…
But it’s probably a once in a lifetime experience so maybe go to both than we can comparish

I loved the blue lagoon I went in April and the view there is amazing and they have drinks and you can get massages and stuff like that but if your a person who doesn’t like touristy places I don’t recommend

Was there 2 weeks ago. It’s a very cool, otherworldly looking place. (They have beer.) Its what you make it. We had fun.

At $65 per person in Iceland, me and my fam would definitely be there with bells on enjoying this🤩🥰

Sky lagoon was so much nicer. The blue lagoon has really bad showers/changing rooms. I'll spare the details, just trust me.

I’ve been once, there are cheaper just as good options up in Northern Iceland! Absolutely a wonderful country!!!
