Why do so many people have no clue about steaks but still feel the need to comment their bullshit everywhere. Just cause it isn't completely gray in the middle doesn't mean it is raw. This was medium-well. As someone who usually eats his steak medium-rare, this would have gone back to the kitchen. Just too dry for my liking. Also the red juice coming out of your steak is no blood. The cows are bleeding out way before they are disected. What you call "blood" is actually just water. If you cook your steak until it none of that is left you would hardly be able to chew the thing. Its just perplexing to me how low the level of common knowledge is when it comes to food.
