They could build classical skyscrapers like New York and Chicago in the early 1900s, but that would make too much sense.

Only reason they can't build any taller in London is because of City Airport which caps the height of most buildings to around 1, 000ft (305m)

One Undershaft? It maybe the tallest in Europe, but for certain it will be the ugliest. Can’t they insist on an artistic contribution to the London skyline?? After all, millions of people are going to have to look at that eyesore for generations to come.
