The dog was drowning in the raging flood water as he was exhausted by fighting water for long period of time. When 4 guys made a human chain and decided to save the dog by potentially risking their own lives. Turbulent waters keep pushing him back but this won’t let them give. Man, Infront managed to hold on to one of the dog’s leg and dragged him out of the water as crowd cheer them.
