Watching your progress with great interest. Plan on building an ICF home when I retire (Only 2 1/2 years :) I'm a nurse too)
Be carefull with Clay back fill. Clay will adsorb water - Expands when saturated, contracts when drys out. Caused severe damage to our current foundation. I would seriously consider back filling with gravel up toll 8-12 inched from final grade. Your dimple membrane will allow the water to leach (for lack of a better term) out & prevent the damage we encountered.

As for the I-Joists, cover the basement ceiling with double layer of drywall - will give an additional 15-30 min fire protection.

Good luck

Working on building a home too:
My research material said that the alkaline qualities of cement would eat actual glass fiber in a couple of years so instead by code the fiber used is either plastic or metal fiber mixed in.
It seems counter intuitive but that's what the ACI papers I read said.

I know it's too late now, but for those watching, if you install the radiant beyond the wall, the insulation should extend as far as you call. The unprotected ground under the apron will suck the heat out of the slab.

No rebar in the slab? Has it cracked? Great videos!

Why didn’t you make a door to cross from the garage to the basement?

I didn’t see screed boards along the perimeter of the garage wall. Did you use them? I did see you had boards to form the apron.

Dude, If you are in the house by the time the fire burns through the sheet rock and burns through that I joist you were probably already dead from smoking inhalation. The fire department probably won’t step foot in your house unless they know there is somebody inside the house and again the fire would have to be pretty small so no chance of collapse for them to go in. Because once it’s fully engulfed to the point where it’s going to start collapsing they’re fighting it from the outside. In general they fight residential fires from the outside
