The Best Cars To Daily Drive

Our project cars are some of the best things we have ever bought and built before, but we can all agree, they are not the most reliable. Daily cars are usually looked harshly upon, we always veer away from them because they aren't “cool”, but what if we told you daily and cool can be in the same sentence? Well today we touch base on the Toyota 86/BRZ, the Civic SI and a few other great daily cars! What is your favorite “daily”, make a comment below and let us know!

The 3 series might be one of the most impressive platforms ever from its original release to what it is now.

There is a reason the civic took up more time than any other one.

i daily drive a stock speed3 and this car is really good ! The hot hatch style give plenty of space to carry things, and the limited slip diff give a little better traction in winter and yes this is a reliable car when its not modify :)

I’ve had a bunch of cars and my 2 favorite were my 2007 Civic Si coupes that I had (yes 2 of the same car) and I’m currently still driving one of them. So fun and easy to drive

i got a golf alltrack and i do agree, it is a fun daily, got a lot of room and easy to tune, since it is on the same mqb platform as most vw/audi models. hoping to get a set of 3sdm's and coilovers later this year to get the wagon look purddy

I’m daily driving a 2020 wrx premium performance pack, (factory brembo breaks from the 17 sti) everyone thinks I swapped them. It was a one year option, similar to a series white. I track the car in HPDE and the bump in performance from the standard wrx is massive, 4-6 seconds per lap after the first lap due to heat soak. The biggest complaint I have with the new wrx is the lack of the brembo package as an option, the factory 2 piston front calipers suck on track and I’m most likely going to get a 2023-4 sti. Still the chassis is amazing for a fist track car. I watched an s2000 put it in the wall at his first ever event. The tendency of the car to push through corners makes it very safe at the limit for a beginner and allows you to learn how to safely be on track more, which is important while learning.

VW TDI with a tune is a great daily. Have a Jetta and easily gets 50 mpg highway and 32 city. Does an amazing job of 25 mpg around 90-100 mph.

I love my Legacy GT. Enkeis, performance pads, front lipped, good rubber. Perfect for mini trips and kid drop off. Always looking for a run at night or on the freeway to flex a bit... Not against golf Rs 🤣🤣

GS300/400 has to be on this list. The 300 has the NA 2JZ and the 400 has the legendary reliable 1UZ V8. 4 doors and reliable motors regardless of trim.

Fellas I'm very heavily thinking about which car I should I get for my first car on my 18th birthday I'm either considering a honda civic hatchback ek or a e36 idk which one to get around my area they go for around the same and they both great I really want to get a e36 but I'm worried about the maintenance and reapairs ik that the engine and transmission are like bulletproof it's just the vanoss that worries me I love both cars but my dream car is a e30 and a e36 is the closest thing I'll get for my age I was just wondering which you guys think I should go with ik that the civic is a better choice but I'm wondering if the e36 is worth the compromise also wondering if y'all think it'll be fine on 89 gas
