You should list all the specs of the laptop being used exact cpu and screen being the most important things. since even within the z13 there are various cpu's and screen's

Finally I found a way to get this machine in my country. Thanks to this video I installed Linux without dual boot and very happy to see that everything is working. In fact, i was surprised to see that the displayed was recognized as a Free Sync screen on wayland. In general, it was an easy configuration and until now, all is working just great.

Can't get linux working on my L13 :( , I've been trying to get it working for eternity but stuff like the "Allow Microsoft 3rd Party UEFI CA" option isn't there :/

I am trying to install unbuntu on Lenovo 110 ideapad. I was spinning my wheels getting it installed. I got so frustrated and bought a fresh hard drive. Much to my amazement Microsoft has inserted itself into the start up. It might actually be burned into the bios. I have done this many times over the years but this is a new to me. Windows is unusual because it has been slowed down and I don’t know how to free myself of this curse.

How is the thermals on Ubuntu ? I believe the other reviewers are testing under Windows and the temp is around 30 celcius even in the idle mode.

What's the battery life like for video playback?

I feel like battery life in general is such a gripe with Linux. And I know it's mostly not the fault of the kernel devs because they'd need the OEMs themselves to actually put in some real work into it. But I yearn so badly for a single laptop that gets 10 hours even at 480p on YouTube with ANY codec. It's just so so so bad.
