'Mashan' Is one of the popular creatures which are found in wetlands where there are waters, they use to hunt the fishermen's and they have the ability to transform themselve to any animal. They usually use to kill humans by dragging them into the water. They are usually found in still waterbodies like lack, pond etc.

My father and my mama use to tell me that they went to go fishing very early like 1 am and used to sleep there till 4 am so they wear they fishing net like a 'kambal' to protect them as fishing mets have metel ...😮
