I'm in tears, how stupid of me to think that I am stuggling with personal problems when I have a loving and supporting home, parents by my side and basically the whole kitchen and my mom to help me with meals.

I have hypothyroidism, My parents also don't like me going outside my room, they start beating me If I do so but I complete my 10 k steps in my room and do a home workout, I'm lucky enough to have a phone and 1gb data every day. Their love language is force feeding, instead of arguing with them, I eat just the right amount, remaining food I hide and give to stray animals like cows.

I was unwell so they took me to the doctor, in doctor's clinic I weighed myself and I was 63 kg... earlier I was 69 kg (lost 6 kg in 6-7 months).

Amazing transformation. Women are snubbed so hard that most of us lose track of ourselves. Introducing to ourselves becomes a big task and recovery becomes a far-fetched dream. I wish I had this motivation and courage. Most women or even men find comfort in food in low times.
