Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey) discuss Cassandra and Bugs Bunny's sex appeal.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
Based on the Saturday Night Live sketch of the same name, Wayne's World is a wacky, irreverent pop-culture comedy about the adventures of two amiably aimless metal-head friends, Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey). From Wayne's basement, the pair broadcast a talk-show called "Wayne's World" on local public access television. The show comes to the attention of a sleazy network executive (Rob Lowe) who wants to produce a big-budget version of "Wayne's World"--and he also wants Wayne's girlfriend, a rock singer named Cassandra (Tia Carrere). Wayne and Garth have to battle the executive not only to save their show, but also Cassandra. Director Penelope Spheeris, Myers and Carvey hang a lot of silly, but funny, jokes on this thin plot, and the energy of the cast--as well as the wild pop-culture references--make Wayne's World a cut above the average Saturday Night Live spin-off movie.

This scene is really amazing for because it show Wayne and Garth's innocence. They're just two friends who like to have fun and don't deserve being tricked by Benjamin.

The funniest part about the entire scene is @0:33 when he initially thinks of the joke. That tiny smirk he does gets me everytime 'cause you now what's comin' next. lmao

Beyond the fact that it's Myers' real reaction to the question, it's also sweet because Wayne can't help but laugh, but he also doesn't want Garth to feel bad so he gets it together.

Fun fact: When Wayne laughs at 0:45, in real life, Mike Myers actually was so overtired while shooting that he lost it a little. But the filmmakers thought it worked so well that they decided to leave that in there. Genius!

Mike Myers described this scene on the actor's studio interview as a revisit to what he called "fun without money" just watching airplanes zoom over your head really close!
