To pass a life and health insurance exam, you will need to have broad knowledge of insurance concepts, policy types, taxes and federal regulations, not to mention the insurance laws in your state.

after 2 weeks of studying from 10am-2am I took my life and health exam today and failed it. i have it rescheduled for next sunday. the best advice i have for anyone taking this exam is don’t spend hours upon hours cramming information in for days on end. you’ll over work yourself and get information mixed up. also studying definitions instead of trying to memorize the scenarios. the questions are formatted the same as on the pre-exam but aren’t the same questions. take the practice test and stimulate exam as many times as you can until you’re passing every time. i scheduled my exam too early thinking i would pass and ended up stressing myself out trying to retain too much information at once. wish me luck for sunday🤞🏽

You are so right Ms. and really that is the secret to life, to focus on the one thing that not only works, but is the only thing that is the right answer.
Life only has two roads, the wrong road, and the right road.
Choose the right road, and you only come to that conclusion after carefully examining all of the facts, and then picking the only correct answer.

I passed my Life/Health test today in Minnesota (with huge thanks to you and the tips in this video!). I used EXAM FX as you recommended....and followed ALL your tips - made my own flashcards, kept taking the practice tests until I was passing consistently with 80/90%, comprehended the questions and answers (can't just memorize!...this is SO important....if you don't understand something, Google the topic or watch a Youtube video explaining the topic until you actually understand it, because like the video says, the questions will be VERY similar to the EXAM FX questions - if you use their prep course - but not exactly the same phrasing, so comprehension is super important) THANK YOU!!!! (I think I watched your video 5x to make sure I was studying correctly!!...haha....it can all be overwhelming). :)

The more I see videos on passing the state exam, it upsets me. I never thought that I would fail the state exam on the 1st try. I did! II crammed. I thought that I was ready. At first I thought about index cards, but I didn’t do this. I also believe that I’m too groggy in the mornings to take an exam. Im going to register to take my exam after lunch. I am more focused in mid day!
