Which begs the question ….
if you upgrade your iPhone to the latest version with advancements aside won’t your sacrifice your old videos and photos not applying the new technology at the expense of not seeing your past video and photo memories update with the new phone.
Begs the proverbial question should one update for sake up updating when new technologies cannot showcase previous and older videos and photos on your device .

Hi Dan - I have an iPhone 11 Pro and like the (2x) mode but it’s not apparent to me that I need the extra lens for most of my 2x shots. They’re generated through the 1x lens. So if I not taking super close photos, do you think the iPhone 13 will be sufficient?

For me a 5.8” display is good enough, still got my XS and it’s very comfortable in the hand because of size and the curved body .I’ve had a 12 for a while but I took it back to Apple store, just felt it’s sharp angled body wasn’t for me and it probably would if it’s slightly smaller

iPhone mini for the win. the smaller phone is so comfortable to utilize on a day to day basis.
plus, the batter life is better with the 13 mini as opposed to the 12 mini.

When using ProRes, can you store the data on the iCloud like pictures?

As someone who only uses the camera for memories and Instagram uploads I think the pro max camera sounds great but I really can’t justify an extra few hundred pounds for it. Seems silly for my purposes. Will go with the 13.

Something no one is really talking about is the weight increases. Those going from an iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 Pro are going to notice a substantial weight difference. Granted a lot of that is probably due to the battery and is a worthy compromise, I'm just not a fan of holding a heavy brick.
