Many thank for shearing the info on S7 PLC Webservers. It could be very useful feature while commissioning, but I wonder if it isn't to much overload on PLC itself .

On S1200 I could run a server which served my customized web page with input/output fields linked to the PLC memory. With this feature, you can build an Web browser HMI for your PLC application. But I would rather advise to use another PLC to control a crucial process, exchanging needed data with a "Web PLC".

Hi, thank you for this video. I have enabled the web server in the exact same way you have, then downloaded to the PLC, yet I cannot access its web server. I get no connection at all, just as in your video before you enabled the web server. Any ideas?

Dear Hegamurl, yes i liked this vid, do you also need to enable the webserver to be able to ping and connect to the 1500 plc behind a router on a vlan, because at this moment i am having trouble with that in our factory, although i think all the ip settings are ok.

Hi Hega, platipee love! Maybe you can advise me.. I got an access with password to a distant PLC but once I try to log in or make changes to the project, I cannot do that. It is only possible to ping the IP or see the port 1 X1 available in "Show devices with the same addresses", not in "Show all compatible devices"..
