Former Palestinian detainee says he was tortured while in Israeli custody

A new report from the UN Human Rights Office claims there is torture within the Israeli detention centers of its Palestinian detainees. NBC News' Hala Gorani spoke with a former Palestinian detainee who shared his experience with authorities while in Israeli custody.
